Help Logging into TEACH Account

Before Logging In

Please ensure you are using a desktop or laptop computer with a private browsing window open. Below are instructions on how to access the private browsing mode for your specific web browser.

To Open a New Incognito Window (Google Chrome)

• In the upper right-hand corner of Google Chrome, there are three dots. They are found under the “X”.  
• Click the dots. 
• Click “New Incognito Window” to open the session.

To Open a New InPrivate Window (Microsoft Edge)

• In the upper right-hand corner of Microsoft Edge, there are three dots. They are found under the “X”.  
• Click the dots. 
• Click “New InPrivate Window” to open the session.

To Open a New Private Window (Safari)

• In the upper left-hand corner of Safari, click "File".  
• Click “New Private Window” to open the session.

Once Your Private Browsing Window is Open

Please access the NY.GOV login portal from your new private browsing session to utilize the TEACH Online system by going to: https://my.ny.gov/LoginV4/login.xhtml

Log in with your username and password associated to your TEACH Online account.

If You Still Cannot Log In

If you are unable to remember your username and/or password or continue to experience difficulties logging in, please contact TEACH Help by contacting us using our web form or calling 518-474-3901 and selecting option 3.
